ACI Announces 7th Annual “China Trade Controls” Conference

901 L26 Partner Scb 1200x800

In response to intensifying trade tensions and shifting regulatory landscapes, the American Conference Institute (ACI) has unveiled its 7th China Trade Controls Conference, set to take place November 6–7, 2025, at the Hilton Arlington in Arlington, Virginia, with a hybrid option via livestream.

As U.S.–China relations continue to evolve, businesses face mounting pressure to navigate increasingly complex frameworks. The U.S. government has cracked down on semiconductor exports, while China has strengthened its export restrictions on rare earths and dual-use technologies

In March 2025, the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) placed over 80 Chinese companies on its Entity List, prompting China to formally institute its Anti‑Foreign Sanctions Law—an exemplar of how both powers are reinforcing trade control regimes

“Are you ready for what’s next?” challenges the conference’s positioning—an invitation to professionals to not only understand new trade enforcement realities but also to proactively safeguard their operations

Expert Speakers include:
