Challenge: A European food wholesaler faced negative growth amidst ailing economic conditions in Europe. A major customer threatened to leave because orders were not being filled reliably. Inaccurate demand forecasting was at the center of the problem. Conventional solutions only proved to increase inventory levels, decrease cash flow, and did nothing to improve customer satisfaction. The entire business was in jeopardy.
Omni-Channel Retailer Increases Supply Chain Visibility, Accelerates Growth
Challenge: Swedish retailer/wholesaler was having trouble navigating the difficulties of their multichannel supply chain.
