Leaman Logistics Changes Name to CLX Logistics LLC

According to the company, the move was made to enable greater integration with subsidiaries, while strengthening brand identity in anticipation of expanded geographic operations and service offerings. Steve Hamilton, chief executive officer and president of ChemLogix, said the name change eliminates confusion "while utilizing the popular CLX nomenclature used by many of our companies to refer to our business." All business operations at the former Leaman Logistics remain the same. CLX Logistics is also the parent company of ChemLogix Global LLC, a provider of international business services, and VistaLogix Global LLC, a specialist in global logistics management and technology across multiple industries.
