Dunavant Expands Distribution Coverage in Houston

The company has added 212,000 square feet of chemical warehousing space within the Bay Area Business Park in nearby Pasadena. Dunavant’s footprint in Houston has grown from 365,000 to 577,000 square feet, with the addition of an H3-H4-rated chemical facility. It claims to have already leased 20,000 square feet of the expanded area. The complex sits within five miles of both Barbours Cut and Bayport terminals. Dunavant offers four main categories of service: global, freight, distribution and consulting.
