Cold Chain Launches First Solid Phase Change Material for Drug Shipping

In early use by market-leading pharmaceutical manufacturers, the new Koolit Advanced PCM Gel provides uniform thermal payload protection in a flexible, break-resistant gel pack, according to Cold Chain.

The pack can be used for multiple package sizes and shapes, which could offer operational simplicity, flexibility and cost savings - as fewer PCMs and containers may be needed.
