MercuryGate Launches Multimodal Global Freight Rate Index

Available for a monthly subscription fee, the tool is embedded within the company's TMS framework, so that users don't have to log in to a separate website or third-party application. MercuryGate also integrates with other indexing services. RateFriend provides visibility to current spot rates, average contract rates and market trends. It displays rate data by lane, mode and equipment type. Market data for individual lanes can be viewed in real time, while batch capability allows for the analysis of dozens of lanes at once.
