AAPA Honors Memory of Helen Delich Bentley
The American Association of Port Authorities (AAPA) has paid tribute to Helen Delich Bentley, who died on Aug. 6 at the age of 92. Bentley was a former chair of the Federal Maritime Commission, a U.S. congresswoman from Maryland, a journalist and lobbyist.
