Panera Works With Suppliers to Remove 150 Substances From Its Food Supply Chain

"The No No List is the latest step on our journey to clean food and a transparent menu," said founder and CEO Ron Shaich. The list also includes artificial additives, trans fats and substances like high fructose corn syrup. There are more than 150 ingredients that will be impacted.

For more than a year, Panera has been working alongside suppliers to "un-engineer" its food menu.
