Users of the new platform can access their own Consero Connect Concierge, a dedicated representative providing ongoing personalized support. The service aids in the gathering of benchmarking data and practical work samples, support for senior-level recruiting efforts and vendor research and support. Members receive unlimited access to Consero's database of survey reports, event literature briefs and other original content on a variety of relevant topics. They can request live custom calls with peers from within the Consero network, to explore solutions to departmental challenges. They also have tuition-free access to two of Consero's invitation-only forums per year.
