Large Oilfield Services Provider Gains Supply-Chain Efficiency in Latin America

Solution: Our client needed help in understanding their current contracts, data collection and negotiation help to update contracts, standardization of corporate contracts, and a method to capture logistics data to produce a report of true supply chain costs.

Results: Through an initial data sample set, Folio Logistics and Trendset Latin America found that an estimated 18% of our client's current invoices were invoiced accurately and in complete compliance with existing contracts. Through a 10 week project, Folio was able to implement clear and established contract terms, conditions and rates, along with standardized and favorable transportation contracts.
