Online Retailer Ramps Up Holiday Shipping, Gains 99.9% Order Accuracy

Solution: ADSI configured a fulfillment solution to streamline and accelerate the process. The company now has 20 pack/ship stations where orders are packed and shipped by staff using barcode scanners to guide their work. Shipments are auto-processed according business rules embedded in our multi-carrier shipping system. Manual procedures have been eliminated.

Results: Our client has gained a 99.9% accuracy rate on a volume of 60 orders/hour per station. They can also handle customer changes right up to the point of shipment.
