Tom Zosel Associates (TZA) has entered into an alliance with The Createch Group to deliver new software applications for warehouse labor management. TZA is a provider of software and consulting services for supply-chain productivity. Createch is a Canadian vendor of systems for integrating operational performance improvement and information technology. Under the new agreement, Createch obtains the rights to distribute and implement TZA's ProTrack warehouse labor-management systems, to support its own engineered labor standards services.
