Microsoft selected Cincom as its lead partner for enhancing the Microsoft Dynamics AX and Dynamics CRM [Customer Relationship Management] platforms, aimed at manufacturers of highly engineered products. The suite integrates all processes and information within a single business system, providing real-time visibility of operational and financial performance. The Business Suite adds specialized selling, engineering contract, project and aftermarket service capabilities to Microsoft Dynamics AX and CRM. Capabilities include configure, price and quote management; estimating; manufacturing production; supply-chain management; project-based planning; contract and project management, and human capital management.
