Ryder Canada Unveils On-Demand M&R Service for Truck Fleets

The offering provides private-fleet owners and for-hire carriers with pay-as-you-go preventive M&R, with access to Ryder Canada’s nationwide network of 40 service locations and more than 400 trained technicians. A monthly fee makes the company’s vehicle-maintenance network accessible to any private fleet owner. Customers receive pre-determined labor rates and part pricing on each service visit, improving the predictability of maintenance costs, Ryder said. In addition to maintenance, customers have access to round-the-clock roadside assistance, extended repair hours and available replacement vehicles.
