Horizon Lines Joins EPA's SmartWay Partnership

Horizon Lines Inc. says it has joined the SmartWay Transport Partnership and earned the highest fuel efficiency and environmental performance rating from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. The Partnership currently has over 450 partners.
