Levin Deploys RedPrairie Warehouse Management System at Pennsylvania Facility

Levin Furniture is implementing RedPrairie's warehouse management solution at its distribution center in Smithton, Pa., in a bid to get distribution efficiencies through faster and more accurate order fulfillment and improved productivity.

In replacing its legacy warehouse solution, Levin is gaining visibility into merchandise across its internal supply chain. RedPrairie says the solution will provide system-directed tasks to improve picking and putaway accuracy and employee productivity. It will also enable Levin to benchmark results for warehouse workers to further optimize efficiency.
