Transplace Acquires M33 Integrated

According to Transplace, the deal will expand its vertical expertise and geographical reach. M33 Integrated offers a combination of technology tools, intelligence and consultative services to help shippers optimize logistics and reduce transportation costs. M33's operations center in Greensboro, N.C. and technology center in Greenville, S.C. will become the Transplace Southeastern Center of Excellence, operating as part of the company's Transportation Management business. Transplace is owned by Greenbrier Equity Group LLC.
