Marisol Opens Seattle Office; Roadrunner Expands in Canada

The company said the location of the office will allow it benefit from NWSA, an alliance between the ports of Seattle and Tacoma. Marisol expects to further expand its scope and service levels. Marisol is a Roadrunner Transportation Systems, Inc. company. In a related development, Roadrunner has expanded its less-than-truckload services to include outbound service from Toronto. Along with the expansion, the company has named John Geertsema as general manager for Canada. Roadrunner is an asset-light transportation and logistics service provider. Services include LTL, truckload logistics, intermodal, freight consolidation, inventory management, expedited transportation, airfreight, and transportation management.
