Kuehne & Nagel Unveils New Platform for Digital Interface

Kuehne & Nagel will migrate its processes for transport assignment, execution and monitoring to the Transporeon platform in Europe. The move will accelerate and simplify interactions with customers and carriers, while increasing operational efficiency and transparency throughout the transport chain, the company said. The Transporeon network is already used by more than 57,000 carriers in their day-to-day operations in Europe. They will have real-time access to Kuehne & Nagel's transportation requirements across Europe, and be able to respond quickly to demand with their available capacity. "The partnership will allow carriers to use one integrated platform instead of signing up for multiple market places," Kuehne & Nagel said.
