Surely China, with its unprecedented base on cheap labor, low-cost product manufacturing, deregulated banking sector, booming domestic economy, and developing infrastructure, is poised to challenge India, the Philippines, Central and Eastern Europe, and Latin America as a powerful delivery center for global BPO services.
