ThomasNet.com Adds Quality Certification to Supplier Platform

Buyers can qualify commercial and industrial suppliers in some 67,000 product and service categories by 80 certifications and registrations, then create a shortlist of those entities holding the proper credentials. The application’s database features ANSI, ISO, Nadcap, SAE and other quality-certified suppliers. It also includes other government and industry supplier certifications, such as ITAR, FDA, FAA and MIL-SPEC. Certificates for thousands of suppliers are available for download directly from suppliers’ in-depth profiles, which include capabilities, equipment lists, product information, brands carried, demographic, ownership and diversity information, video plant tours and product demonstrations. Certification is one of six applications available on ThomasNet.com.
