In partnership with FedEx, BlueStar will provide upgraded delivery and integration services for its U.S. and Canadian accounts. The deal moves the cutoff time to 8:00 p.m. EST. All orders received by that time will be shipped the same day. With the help of the FedEx partnership and customized logistics schedules, BlueStar will be able to cut delivery times to western and central Canadian resellers by one to two days, the company said. Under the project, it will realign warehouse operations in North America, expanding the number of product lines available to Canadian resellers by 15 percent, and increasing warehouse operations to a 24-hour day. Resellers will also be able to draw on BlueStar's redesigned integration and custom configuration center at its North American main warehouse in Hebron, KY.
