I.D. Systems Analytics is a set of software applications that provide an integrated view of historical asset activity across multiple locations. It generates site-to-site comparisons and company-wide benchmarks for material-handling operations. Among the vehicles that deploy the software are lift trucks, pallet jacks and tow tractors. I.D. Systems Analytics quantifies best-practice benchmarks for vehicle utilization and safety; uncovers variations and inefficiencies in material-handling activity across sites and regions; identifies opportunities for eliminating or reallocating vehicles; helps balance the mix of rented, leased and purchased equipment; identifies activity trends to help forecast asset requirements, and enables performance comparisons.
