Vocollect Enhances Global Partner Program for Voice Tech

Vocollect PartnerNet was designed to develop, motivate, recognize and reward Vocollect partners. The aim, said the vendor, is to "achieve and sustain higher levels of success in selling and supporting Vocollect Voice solutions to both new and existing customers." Vocollect's global partner community consists of more than 200 companies in the supply-chain market. The vendor launched an initial global partner program in 2007, aimed at defining certification and training requirements. Since that time, it said, the number of partners has doubled. The new program brings Vocollect's channel policies and terms into closer alignment across the Americas; Europe, the Middle East and Africa; Asia-Pacific and Japan. Also included are new benefits and support for providers of warehouse-management and enterprise resource planning software.
